Poor Adrienne always gets the hardest challenges whenever she goes bondage modelling. Why? Because she is super fit, very strong (a boxing champion), and athletic. So basically it is her own fault that she is strapped into a tight locking chastity belt, a posture collar, a very tight ballgag, and a locked armbinder.
